AMPLIFY Learning Program: Call for Participants
We are happy to announce the selection process for the AMPLIFY Learning Program, designed to equip practitioners from Romania, Greece, and Hungary with the skills and knowledge needed to foster inclusive and resilient communities. This program consists of two stages: a Bootcamp and a Hackathon, offering an intensive learning experience focused on social inclusion, diversity, trauma, and self-care.
Program Overview
Stage 1: Bootcamp – Social Inclusion and Resilience
Dates: 2-4 June 2025
Location: Bucharest, Romania
This intensive 3-day Bootcamp brings together practitioners from diverse backgrounds to explore key topics such as:
- Social inclusion & diversity
- The impact of trauma
- Mental Health and Self-Care for practitioners
The Bootcamp adopts an experiential, non-formal learning approach, including role-playing, case studies, reflection, and peer-to-peer learning. Participants will deepen their understanding of these issues and learn practical tools to address challenges in their work with vulnerable groups.
Stage 2: Hackathon – Social Innovation
Dates: 8-9 September 2025
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Building on the Bootcamp experience, the Hackathon is a collaborative space for developing innovative project ideas aimed at creating inclusive and resilient spaces. Participants will apply the knowledge and skills gained during the Bootcamp to design real-world solutions. The Hackathon will feature expert feedback and best practice exchanges, culminating in a project pitch event where participants will present their ideas to a panel of judges.

- Explore funding opportunities, including applying for the Erasmus+ program with your developed projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
To participate, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Professional Background: Practitioners working directly with vulnerable groups (youngsters at risk of exclusion, refugees, ethnic minorities, individuals with disabilities, careleavers, institutionalized children and youth, etc.).
- English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level in conversational English.
- Organizational Support: Must be nominated by their organization and have their organization’s support to implement and test the project ideas/initiatives developed during the Bootcamp & Hackathon.
